Glen Eira City Council is seeking an experienced Manager to lead a diverse and high‑impact portfolio spanning environmental stewardship, asset strategy and major capital delivery. This is a senior leadership role with genuine opportunity to shape outcomes for the organisation, the community and future generations.
About the role
Reporting to the Director Sustainability, Assets and Leisure, you will lead a broad and multidisciplinary department responsible for Council’s sustainability agenda, asset management strategy and capital works delivery.
You will provide clear strategic direction, strong operational leadership and a focus on delivery, while continuing to strengthen a positive, high‑performing and values‑driven team culture. As an enterprise leader, you will work closely across Council and with external partners to ensure sustainability and asset decisions are embedded into everything we do.
