About the role
This role provides vital administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of Council’s MCH and Immunisation programs. Working collaboratively across teams, the role is responsible for accurate record-keeping, efficient scheduling, client communication, and compliance, contributing to high-quality service outcomes and a positive client experience.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Coordinator, Maternal and Child Health and Immunisation, Manager, Life Stages, or delegate.
  • Assist with enquiries, providing courteous, accurate information across MCH and Immunisation services.
  • Assist with organising and maintaining appointment calendars, session rosters, and venue bookings.
  • Maintain and update client records, immunisation registers, and appointment systems. Ensure compliance with reporting obligations to funding bodies

About you
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting community health services. Your ability to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively across teams ensures smooth program delivery and excellent client service. Experience in a health or community services environment will be highly regarded.

The following is also required:

  • Experience working in administrative roles, preferably in a health, education, or community services setting and/or post-secondary qualifications in business administration or related fields.
  • Understanding of health-related data reporting requirements (desirable).
  • Experience with immunisation program support or MCH systems (desirable).
