About the role
As the People Development Officer you will be responsible for providing human resources, recruitment and training support for Glen Eira Leisure (GEL). The role coordinates Glen Eira Leisure’s recruitment and induction process as well as the learning and development programs across a portfolio.
In consultation with the People Development Coordinator, the role provides guidance and advice to staff on HR related queries, staff performance, engagement and wellbeing.
By fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, you will help GEL maintain its reputation as a great place to work and grow your career!
