About the role
As the Senior Coordinator Healthy Ageing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative programs that promote the health and well-being of older adults in our community. You will also implement initiatives that support carers who look after loved ones of all ages.
In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organisations and government departments, to create a supportive environment that fosters active and healthy ageing.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Lead and facilitate the development, review, monitoring of policies, strategic plans and quality requirements as they relate to the new Healthy Ageing team and Carer’s Support.

About you
You will have a strong background in healthy and active ageing services or a related field and possess exceptional leadership skills, enabling you to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders. Your excellent communication abilities allow you to effectively advocate for the needs and rights of older citizens and carers, ensuring their voices are heard.

A deep understanding of the challenges facing our ageing population and our Carers, coupled with a compassionate approach, makes you an ideal candidate for this vital role. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of older community members and carers.

The following is also required:
