  • $50.33 - $55.38 per hour (depending on experience) + 12% superannuation for the part time role
  • $62.92 - $69.22 per hour (depending on experience) + 12% superannuation for the casual role

About the role
We are looking for caring and experienced Registered Nurses to help us provide excellent care for our residents. If you are dedicated to providing quality healthcare and improving lives, we would love to have you on our team.

Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the supervision and administration of medications in accordance with the current policy, accreditation standards and the Victorian Regulations
  • Complete and delegate the required assessments and care planning activities as required with the electronic care and lifestyle program
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to all personal care staff
  • Assist in the nursing management of all residents and report significant changes to the Registered Nurse in Charge

About you
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll champion resident well-being through compassionate care and clinical expertise. You’ll work closely with residents, families, and the healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The following is also required:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse with current registration, sound knowledge of AN-ACC and the accreditation process. 
  • Experience in gerontological nursing and current practices.  Experience in residential aged care is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in the supervision, training and coaching of staff.
  • Strong observational and written assessment skills.

About Warrawee Community
Warrawee Community offers a home-like environment for our residents, comprising of six single storey houses surrounded by lush gardens and grounds. The community is made up of 90 beautifully appointed single rooms featuring a bedroom with ensuite. Warrawee provides peace of mind for its residents whatever care level they choose.
