  • $33.13 - $33.92 per hour (depending on experience) + 12% superannuation. Evening, night and weekend penalty rates apply
  • $41.42 - $42.41 per hour including casual loading (depending on experience) + 12% superannuation for the casual role

About the role
As a Personal Carer, you will work closely with residents to support their daily routines, personal care, and lifestyle choices. You will be supported by a team dedicated to delivering excellent standards and quality of care.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing care and committed to making the residents feel safe, valued, and engaged.

About you
You will demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and enjoy taking the time to get to know the residents to provide the best possible care.  If you like helping others and are committed to making their lives more joyful, we are keen to hear from you.

The following is also required:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • An understanding of common health problems experienced by elderly people
  • Working effectively within a team environment
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety

About Warrawee Community
Warrawee Community offers a home-like environment for our residents, comprising of six single storey houses surrounded by lush gardens and grounds. The community is made up of 90 beautifully appointed single rooms featuring a bedroom with ensuite. Warrawee provides peace of mind for its residents whatever care level they choose.
