About the opportunity
Glen Eira City Council is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated Early Childhood Educators to provide high-quality, personalised education and care for children aged 0-12 years within their own home. This rare and unique opportunity allows you to create and run your own Family Day Care service with the flexibility to set hours that work for your lifestyle.
As a Family Day Care Educator, you will have the chance to develop tailored educational programs focusing on the individual needs and outcomes of the children in your care. This role allows you to provide high-quality, flexible childcare to families in your local community while enjoying the freedom and autonomy of self-employment. Other information
Police Record Checks and Working with Children Checks will be required for all people over 18 years living in the home.
Applicants must be willing to undergo a work based medical and safety check on the home.
Full orientation and ongoing training and support will be provided to successful candidates.
Glen Eira Family Day Care is registered with Department of Education (DE) and Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
