About the role
As our Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing governance and assurance activities across Glen Eira's portfolio of projects. You will apply your analytical expertise to consult, monitor, report, and optimise project outcomes, while delivering strategic guidance and high-quality insights to influence decisions across all departments.

Your expertise will bring structure, accuracy, and consistency to how we report on performance, finances, and outcomes.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and managing governance and assurance frameworks across the project portfolio
  • Conducting in depth analysis of portfolio data
  • Developing and presenting strategic reports
  • Reviewing and validating project status reports
  • Consulting with staff across all departments

About you
You will have experience in analytics, with a strong background in portfolio or project management. Your ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear, concise insights will be key. You will also bring a solid understanding of project delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

The following is also required:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, IT, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in EPMO or project portfolio management functions.
  • Expertise in analysing and reporting on project and portfolio performance, including financial metrics.
  • Experience managing centralised project data and records.
