About the Role

As a Member Experience Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our membership growth. With Summer fast approaching, your role will focus on driving membership sales, building lasting relationships with potential members and providing exceptional customer service. But your ultimate goal? To help every member find their perfect health, fitness and aquatic solution with us!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential members needs and match them with the right services.
  • Connect with customers through in-person, phone and online interactions.
  • Meet and exceed membership sales targets within deadlines.
  • Give engaging tours and showcase our offerings to prospective members.
  • Build lasting relationships and integrate members into our community.
  • Listen to feedback and improve strategies to enhance member experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure exceptional service.

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed;

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in membership-based or subscription services.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and create tailored solutions.
  • Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
  • Proactive approach to reaching out to new leads and networking.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pre-employment Checks

Progressed candidates must undergo pre-employment screening as a standard procedure which will include:

  • Providing an Employee Working with Children Check
  • Completing a new National Police Record Check
  • Providing evidence of right to work in Australia.
