  • $35.55- $38.03 per hour (dependent on experience) + superannuation
  • $44.44- $47.55 per hour including casual loading (dependent on experience) + superannuation

About the role
In this role, you will plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that support the development of children aged from birth to six. You will work closely with families, staff, and allied professionals to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. The role also includes managing bookings, enrolments, and general administrative support for the service.

Other responsibilities include:

  • To liaise with team members, educators and parents/guardians about day-to-day issues at the service.
  • Develop and maintain a trusting relationship with the children and be accountable for the quality of care provided.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all educators, children and families using the service.

About you
You are a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator who delivers high-quality, child-focused care and education. With a warm, caring personality and excellent interpersonal skills, you work collaboratively with families and staff to create a positive environment.

The following is also required:

  • Diploma in Child Care or equivalent
  • Apply First Aid – (HLTAID011 or HLTAID012 or equivalent)
  • Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis – 22099VIC
  • Emergency Asthma Management – 21886VIC
