About the role
We are seeking a diligent and passionate professional to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing Services Team which includes Street Sweeping, Store, Signage, Care Crew, Mechanical workshop and Graffiti staff!
This role is a key leadership position within Works Depot team and you will be required to lead, guide, support, monitor and review the Teams work outcomes in line with Service Level Plans, Policies and Road Management Plan.

You will have advanced problem solving and negotiation skills and an understanding of contract management, budgeting and inventory management.
